Choose the product — business cards, flyers, postcards, vinyl banners by the square foot, coroplast yard signs, die-cut stickers or posters — set the quantity, and layer options like double-siding, heavy stock, lamination or next-day rush. Every product carries a one-time setup charge plus a per-unit rate that falls as the run grows: 500 business cards price at $95–175, and doubling the run drops the unit cost visibly.
Setup — plates, calibration, trimming — is charged once at $25–45 for cards, so it amortises across the run while the $0.14–0.26 per-unit rate keeps easing with volume. That is the quantity break, and it is why short odd-sized runs are the expensive way to print.
By area and unit: vinyl banners at $7–14 per square foot with a $45–80 setup, coroplast yard signs at $9–17 each, and 18 × 24 posters at $6–13. Yard signs and posters order in steps of five with a five-piece minimum.
Multipliers on the print price: double-sided 1.35, premium or heavy stock 1.22, matte or gloss lamination 1.28, rounded corners or die-cutting 1.18, and next-business-day rush 1.5. Stack several and the calculator compounds them honestly.
There is a design toggle in the quote for exactly that — it adds design time to the order up front rather than leaving artwork as a surprise line item. Print-ready files skip the charge entirely.
Every calculator runs from one config: your name, your colours, your prices. Brand it below, open any tool from the catalogue, and finish a quote — the lead lands in the table here the moment the estimate unlocks. On your own site the widget works exactly like this.
